01Tell us about the material

E-ticket respects the rights attached to photographs, event posters, writing, logos and other creative work. If you own copyright or are authorised to act for its owner and believe material on E-ticket infringes that copyright, use the contact page to send a copyright report.

Identify the specific material on E-ticket and explain the right involved. A clear report helps distinguish a copyright concern from a request to correct an event date, a disagreement about an event, or another kind of complaint.

02What to include in your report

Include the information below so the material and the basis of your request can be identified. If you are requesting action under a particular copyright law, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), say so and provide the information that procedure requires.

• Your name, contact information and whether you are the copyright owner or an authorised representative.
• A description of the copyrighted work, with a link to the original or other information identifying it where available.
• The exact E-ticket page address and a clear description of the image, text or other material you are reporting.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the report is accurate and, for a formal DMCA notice, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act for the owner of the exclusive right concerned.
• Your physical or electronic signature. A formal DMCA notice should also include an address, telephone number and, if available, an email address at which you can be contacted.

03Make an accurate, specific request

Check that you have identified the correct work and the correct page. Consider whether permission, a licence or an exception under applicable law may cover the use before asserting infringement.

Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents or unrelated personal information. If someone else's work appears only on a website linked from E-ticket, identify that distinction; the owner of the linked service may need to receive the report directly.

04What may happen after a report

A report may require clarification about the work, the location of the material or the reporter's authority. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the material may be corrected, access may be restricted, or further information may be needed before action can be taken.

Relevant parts of a report may need to be shared with a person whose material or rights are affected so they can respond. Sending a report does not guarantee removal or establish who owns the disputed rights.

05If you believe a removal was mistaken

Contact us if material associated with you has been removed or restricted and you believe the material was misidentified or its use was authorised. Identify the material, its previous E-ticket location, the notice you received if any, and the basis for your response.

Where a DMCA counter-notification procedure applies, its requirements include a physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number.

A formal DMCA counter-notice also requires the applicable consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the person who sent the original notice or their agent. These statements have legal consequences. The procedure that applies, and whether material may be restored, depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

06Other rights and listing corrections

If your concern involves a trademark, privacy, impersonation, an inaccurate event listing or another issue, describe that concern when you contact us. You do not need to label every request as a DMCA notice.
